Recommended hotel

I stayed here for 3 months a few years ago and it was very good. Previously you got breakfast included but the kitchen is closed following Covid. The rooms are a good size with a TV and a large fridge and I get a room overlooking the pool. The pool is quite large and clean with a very good seating area. Staff have been here for years and are always lovely.

Didn't like having to go out for breakfast, I miss my table by the pool. Don't like having to cross Third Road to go out anywhere particularly in the evening. I am getting old and I have found Pattaya to be too noisy and frenetic for me so instead of staying here for 3 months I relocated to a quieter Jomtien.

Great value given recent price increases.Rooms are nice and bathrooms very clean and tidy.

Current price is very reasonable.Off street parking for my car is also a benefit.

No breakfast opportunity at Hotel.

My go-to hotel

Great place just off Third Rd and only 10 mins walk from LK Metro. Loads of food options are on your doorstep here as well as adult entertainment, if you research a little bit. Nice bright rooms with balcony, and a top swimming pool. Lovely, helpful staff. Quiet location but not isolated.

I always stayed here pre-covid. It's a shame the restaurant has closed as the food was great, there are far fewer staff about generally, and there is no security staff about very late at night. TV reception could be better and the plastic chairs on the balcony were broken.

Good value.

Quick check in. Clean place. Nice pool. Quiet location/premises. Laundry and 7-11 very close.

Staff were not rude, but barely a smile and seemed disinterested. Bathroom sink had no hot water for shaving. Shower water was lukewarm at BEST, which I have a serious problem with. No outlets near the bed. Cupboard smelled.

The location is excellent.

The location is excellent. Quiet but right next to action, stayed here twice now and booked to return in may, for the money you pay you won’t find better. Pool excellent, staff very helpful with good English, cleaners excellent, even though I was never awake to get my room cleaned there was always fresh towels, water and coffee outside my door when I did wake up. Overall you can’t go wrong this this place

The pool is amazing and the types of breakfast varies. Anyway, it’s well worth checking in again.

The sheet has some stain on it. And it’s a little bit far away from the Pattaya beach (20mins wall). But the stuffs are really generous.

The breakfast was substantial, well cooked and hot.

The breakfast was substantial, well cooked and hot. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool area was delightful and eating breakfast by the pool was a great experience for me although you could eat in the dining room if you wanted. The rooms were good with A/C, TV, kettle ,free coffee and tea bags. The bed was clean , spacious and comfortable. RThe bathroom area was adequate and the water heater worked very well. I enjoyed my stay there and will stay there when I go back next year.

The only thing that worried me was that no taxi services operated in that area. As such we had to use motor cycle taxis and as I am rather old and doddery this was a bit of a challenge and navigating through the Pattaya traffic on the back of a motorbike was for me rather hair raising.

Aircon was strong.

Aircon was strong. Nice large pool. Friendly staff.

Bed was not comfortable. I'm used to budget memory foam mattress at home. Some cleaning staff not as good as cleaning staff at other Pattaya hotels. Possible language and experience barriers.

So Many No have

Mosquito, no have enough light, No have chairs, No have TV , depressing , it’s a old hotel , lobby restaurant close at 5pm, THB 1200 No value for the money, beach road by motor bike 60 THB , But all staff are nice, air condition work, decent pool rooms clean everyday.

Value and very reasonable quality.

Well a lot to like at this hotel. The swimming pool is ideal for those looking to soak up some sun and then do some active swimming. One of the best pools for a medfium size hotel. Rooms are tidy and TV's good. Breakfast is quite good with excellent service from Rose.

I am really not a whinger so I don't actually have any item that is negative.. The only small complaint would be the location but it's offset by price.

not good hotel

not at all recomonded ,,, when i arrived at pattaya, room was not booked by either Bookingcom OR OYO, did not booked the property for us, they sent FAKE confirmation number, when i reached property, they said, booking is not there they made whole family stand on street for 2 hours, when it was pouring, i didnot liked either booking.com OR OYO then finaly i booked the hotel freshly by paying,, Hotel condition is worste
